Our services focus on removing dirt and enhancing the appearance of your spaces. Please note that some stains may be permanent and cannot be completely removed. While we use professional-grade products, equipment, and techniques, our services are not intended to restore items to a brand-new condition.
Some carpet types may require a damage waiver. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe cleaning may cause damage or will be ineffective.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ripples, seams, or heavy traffic wear that cannot be corrected through cleaning. Some fabrics may loosen slightly during the cleaning process.
If your property has MDF or composite baseboards, please inform us beforehand. We will take precautions, but are not liable for damage caused by moisture absorption into composite materials.
Our deionized water system may leave minor water traces that dry without residue. We are not liable for damage to windows or screens and reserve the right to decline service where necessary. Interior access is required for full window service.
Services do not include:
-Moving heavy furniture or appliances
-Cleaning exterior windows or surfaces
-Mold/mildew removal
-Deep carpet/upholstery cleaning (spot treatments only)
-Cleaning personal items
-Handling biohazardous materials (e.g., excessive pet or insect waste)
Cleaners are allotted a set number of hours to complete your job checklist. If additional time is needed, services can be extended at our standard hourly rate with your approval.
To ensure service quality and for insurance purposes, we may take before/after photos or video footage of the areas we clean.
-72-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a credit toward a future service.
-90-Day Rescheduling Window: If a scheduled service is not rescheduled within 90 days, any deposit will be forfeited.
For longer jobs, technicians may request restroom access. If you prefer that they do not use your facilities, please notify us beforehand.
-While our team strives to leave your property as we found it, the nature of cleaning work may result in minor disruptions (e.g., scuff marks, moved items).
-Minor dusting or item reset outside our service scope is not included. We appreciate your understanding.
-Credit Card on File: A valid card is required for all bookings. It will only be charged after work is completed (unless a deposit is due).
-Day-of-Service Payments: Technicians can accept cash or check. If not paid at the time of service, your card will be charged.
-Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for any job totaling $1,000 or more.
-Late Fees: Payment is due upon job completion. A 10% late fee applies after 30 days, with an additional 10% fee every 15 days thereafter.
-Collections: CSI reserves the right to pursue legal action or send unpaid balances to collections after 60 days.
By hiring CSI Cleaning Services Islandwide (“CSI”), you agree to the following:
-No Warranty: We aim for excellent results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
-Waiver of Liability: Client releases CSI from any claims or damages related to our services, including those resulting from standard practices on delicate or aged surfaces.
-Efforts to Resolve: We’ll make reasonable efforts to address concerns, but are not liable for outcomes beyond our professional scope.
-Indemnification: Client agrees to hold CSI harmless against any claims, damages, or legal expenses, unless resulting from gross negligence.
