How do I get a quote?
You can call us, use our website form, or request a quote via email. We’ll reply quickly with a custom estimate.

How long does carpet cleaning take?
Most carpet cleaning jobs take 1–2 hours depending on the size of the home and level of soiling.
How long until I can walk on the carpets?
Carpets are usually dry within 4–6 hours. We recommend wearing clean socks or shoe covers during that time.
Will all stains come out?
We remove most stains, but some deep-set or permanent stains may not lift completely. We’ll always give you honest expectations.
Do you move furniture?
We’ll move small items and light furniture, but ask that you relocate valuables, electronics, or heavy items in advance.
What cleaning method do you use?
We use truck-mounted hot water extraction—also known as steam cleaning—following IICRC standards.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
Not necessarily, but a light vacuum can help. Our team will pre-vacuum and treat the area as needed.
Is carpet protectant included?
Carpet protectant is available as an add-on service. It helps resist stains and extend the life of your carpet.
Can you clean carpets in high-rise buildings?
Yes. We have portable equipment for locations where our truck-mounted systems cannot reach.
Can you clean all types of upholstery?
We clean most fabric types, including microfiber, polyester, cotton blends, and more. Delicate fabrics may require a waiver.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most upholstery dries within 4–6 hours, depending on the material and ventilation.
Does cleaning upholstery make it look new again?
We can restore brightness, lift stains, and remove odors—but results vary depending on age and wear.
Can you clean outdoor furniture cushions?
Yes. We can clean most outdoor cushions, patio furniture, and sun-bleached upholstery with safe techniques.
Do you seal the grout after cleaning?
Yes. We require grout sealing on every job after cleaning to protect from future staining.
Can you clean mold or mildew off grout?
Yes. We use specialty products to remove mold and mildew buildup during tile & grout cleaning. However, some mold requires replacement, which is not part of our core service offering.
Will your equipment damage my tiles?
No. Our equipment is safe for tile and grout. We use high-pressure tools with care and appropriate PSI levels.
Do you clean natural stone?
Yes. We clean many types of natural stone surfaces, including travertine and slate. Some may require specialty care.
What’s included in your housekeeping service?
Standard housekeeping includes kitchen, bath, floors, dusting, and tidying. We follow a detailed checklist based on your preferences.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our housekeeping team brings all necessary cleaning tools and products unless you request otherwise.
How much notice is needed to book?
We recommend 48–72 hours notice, though we often have same-week openings. Book early for peak seasons.
Do I have to be home during cleaning?
No. Many clients provide access via lockbox or digital entry. We’re happy to work while you’re away.
Can I request the same cleaner every time?
Yes. For recurring services, we’ll do our best to assign the same technician or team when possible.
Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?
Yes. We clean both sides of windows, including screens and sills. Let us know if certain windows are inaccessible.
Will window cleaning leave streaks?
No. We use a deionized water system that leaves windows crystal-clear and streak-free.
Do I need to be home for power washing?
No. As long as we have access to the areas needing service and a working water hookup, you don’t need to be there.
Can you clean solar panels or roofs?
We do not clean roofs or solar panels at this time due to safety and equipment limitations.
How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Contact us by phone, text, email, or through our website. Please give at least 72 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. For jobs over $1,000, a 50% deposit is required.
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes. A deposit may be required for larger jobs or peak season bookings. We’ll let you know when quoting.
Do you offer commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. We provide custom proposals for recurring commercial and janitorial clients.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If something’s not right, we’ll return to fix it. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I schedule recurring housekeeping or cleaning services?
Yes! We offer recurring service plans for housekeeping, carpet cleaning, and more. Ask us about monthly, bi-weekly, or custom schedules.
Do you clean short-term rentals like Airbnb or VRBO properties?
Absolutely. We work with vacation rental owners and managers across Maui and offer flexible scheduling, fast turnarounds, and discreet, high-quality service.
Are there any services you don’t provide?
Yes — we do not handle mold remediation, hoarding cleanouts, biohazard waste, or high-risk repairs. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll be happy to clarify.
